K-BALL CLIP ON NOZZLES



The adjustable K-Ball assemblies are designed for use in multi-stage washers and spray wash machines. They are easy to install by drilling a 9/16” hole into a 1“, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, or 2” pipe and attaching the assembly to the pipe with a clip. The spray ball can be easily swapped out or replaced by loosening or tightening the cap, without the need for any tools. These assemblies provide a robust and reliable solution for various cleaning and spraying applications.

The KBF series spray nozzles produce a flat, fan-shaped spray pattern with spray angles ranging from 5° to 110°. The spray density tapers off towards the edges of the pattern to allow for overlapping while maintaining uniform spray density. These nozzles are suitable for various washing and spraying applications.

It produces a hollow cone spray with large droplets and low impingement, resulting in a tighter and more consistent phosphate crystalline structure. This spray pattern minimizes the misting of phosphate spray, reducing pre-coating, streaking, and carryover to adjacent stages.
