SEWN END ELEMENTS
Industrial sewn end filters are critical for challenging applications due to chemical compatibility and high temperatures. They can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel components with a galvanized perforated steel inner core and a pleated woven wire skeleton. Textile media covers the skeleton and gaskets, trapping particulates and preventing contaminants from passing downstream. A backwash screen is used for reverse fluid flow to extend filter life. These filters protect equipment like vacuums and meters by filtering particles and absorbing moisture.
MOLDED END ELEMENTS
Molded end filters are cylindrical cartridge filters designed for industrial applications. They feature pleated filter media with carbon steel cores and high-performing polyurethane end seals for durability and effective sealing. These filters trap particles from 0.3 to 200 microns, improving air quality and protecting equipment. They extend service intervals by reducing contaminants and moisture, with some filters achieving up to 98% efficiency in dust removal.
PANEL FILTERS
Panel filters are box-shaped filters, designed to help to regulate airflow and protect your industrial equipment from harmful particulate matter and corrosion. They effectively remove fine dust particles from .3 microns to 25 microns. Our panel filters are a high-quality alternative to OEM replacements they are built to fit original equipment manufacturer specifications and are designed to ensure structural integrity during handling, installation, and operation. Our panel filters are available in a wide range of sizes, with multiple options for media and face screens.
DUST COLLECTOR FILTERS
Dust collector filters are cylindrical cartridge filters designed to capture wood dust, metal particles, and powders. They use flame retardant cellulose filter media with expanded metal cores for durability. These filters have pleated designs to maximize surface area, providing high particle-holding capacity with low pressure drop. They remove up to 98% of dust particles ranging from 0.3µ to 750µ and are excellent alternatives to OEM replacement filters.
